Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check out our shipping restrictions.
We ship normal orders via post. For large orders we will contact you by email to arrange the most suitable shipping means. We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt of payment. Should the goods be damaged in shipment, please contact us.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds page for more details.

Items that are Not Returnable
Clothing that is unpacked is not returnable.
Software.
Electronic files and documents.
Any other items that are not returnable will be indicated on the order page.

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
* Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Any item that has obvious signs of use.
* Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, follow our instructions on the Packing & Sending Your Return page (be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the order to the originating address.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from any refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
